Famous for broadcasting celebrity gossip at Tabloid Studio’s television hit: SLAM, Phoenix Star is now determined to climb the political journalism ladder by reporting on YouTube her discovery of a covert child-wife trade operation in Cairo that local terrorists want to keep the lid on.
To keep Phoenix quiet, a group of local terrorists and some betraying friends arrange to have her mistaken for an escaped patient from a high security mental hospital. While being jacked full of medication that send Phoenix crazy, her partner Gangus, who has recently converted to Islam, conspires to take Phoenix's little girl Tyler to Egypt where he would fulfill his vow of devoting their daughter to the King of the Cairo who is illegally recruiting a harem of young wives-to-be. The New World Order International Government Agency also wants to keep a lid on Phoenix's YouTube story as they are approaching their moment of intervening the underground Cairo operation while all the world watches on an upcoming Reality Television program.
